For a word-list report
- 1The word exactly as you entered it
- 2The center letter and six outer letters
- 3Whether the word was rejected or unexpectedly accepted
- 4A short definition and a reliable dictionary source

Response time varies with the question and current workload. Detailed bug and word-list reports are easier to investigate than messages without puzzle context.
